As the founder of the JB Team, Jim has taken the lead in the Twin Cities with his extensive use of technology. Jim gained valuable experience as CEO of Global Systems, an internet marketing and web presence technology provider. Using his marketing and programming background, Jim created several real estate based technology services and was the sole developer for the Unique Homes Magazine international luxury real estate internet presence. Jim continues to maintain a bank of web servers at multiple USA locations.
Jim’s expertise in marketing, computers, internet, media, virtual tour, aerial drone tech (the first MN Realtor with an FAA UAS Pilot’s License), combined with his real estate license… has resulted in his providing marketing and technology to over 650 Realtors, actually helping them list and sell their client’s homes, resulting in over $2B in real estate sales.
As a life-long resident of Minnesota, Jim saw a desperate need for advanced real estate service in the Twin Cities Metro, both in terms of helping seller’s take advantage of the best marketing plan to get their homes sold, and in assisting buyers with advanced MLS and neighborhood technology to help in the buying process… The result was the creation of the JB Team.

Chris is a valuable back-up Team Realtor that assists Jim with both buyers and sellers in the Twin Cities area.
In addition to working with typical buyer and seller real estate, Chris is a CDPE certified agent which means he is one of a handful of experts qualified to help buyers through the short sale process.

With a degree in communications and public speaking, Tessa is in a perfect role as our advertising and PR specialist. She is also involved in our “Pay It Forward” initiative after transaction completion. We’re thrilled to have her helping with team operations, so the agents can spend their time with you… our clients.
Jenny | Home Title | Buyer Closing Services
Jenny helps our buyers with title work, coordinating their mortgage via the lender, and setting up the closing. She will actually be at the closing with Jim to help make sure everything goes smoothly.
Sandy | Home Title | Seller Closing Services
Sandy works with our home sellers. She makes sure everything is taken care of in terms of mortgage payoffs, coordinating with the buyer’s closer, and documents and recording that needs to be completed at the time of sale. She will attend the closing with Jim to make sure everything is in order and stress free.
Catlin | Home Title | Title & Sales Services
Catlin works with our clients and makes sure title work and clear title is obtained for the closing. She works in coordination with the closers to make sure everything is in order for the closing day.
